Abstract
Augmentation cystoplasty should be considered in selected patients with contracted bladder secondary to tuberculous cystitis, radiation cystitis, interstitial cystitis and schistosomiasis.
Kock puch (continent ileal urinary reservoir) avoids the need for an external appliance and prevent vesicoureteral reflux.
We recently experienced a case of severe contracted bladder with complete urethral obstruction because of traffic accident at 6 years ago.
Herein we report a case of continent ileocystocutaneostomy and augmentation cystoplasty using modified Hemi-Kock operation with brief review of the literatures.
